I had received a call from an agent with this company about 3 months ago. They were indicating that they had a client showing an interest in my property in Orlando, Fl. I had inherited this property and have had it on the market several times in the past 5 years. I figured that I would never receive any REAL interest. So needless to say when the agent called me I was the least bit believing nor probably very polite.. Poor guy. I've been through so much.
After receiving documents that included all the details that were discussed and after much due diligence I uneasily gave it a try and accepted the offer.
I was under the impression that the process would have been much faster 6-8 weeks, not 12 weeks, but very very pleased to say that everything finally came to a close. I have received my check at closing. It was a pleasant experience. I am grateful to them for relieving me of my ownership and that financial burden.
