After stating he services what he sells, Gary installed a furnace for me three years ago. Immediately I had a problem with it leaking. He came back and fixed it, admitting he had installed it at the incorrect pitch. Later I had trouble with the burners shutting down while the motor ran non-stop. He came back and said to use a cheaper filter. That worked for a while but the problem has returned. I've called and left multiple messages. Gary has not returned my phone calls. I just had the furnace inspected and was told the furnace is double the size/btu'S for my house. It overheats and the burners shut down while the motor continues to run, blowing outside air into the house. I'm told this is damaging the unit. The only way this furnace can heat is by manually turning it on for a few minutes. Then it has to be turned off because it's blowing in outside temperature air. The inspector noted a couple of other major issues that will shorten the life of this inappropriate furnace. I have to get a new furnace. So I'm out the money I spent on this furnace and have to put out as much or more for a new one.
