Strange Honey Farm

A Tennessee friend sent jars twice. So now, I’m trying to order more...ACTION speaks louder than words! It is GOOD! I have eaten a lot of honey (usually local for health reasons) but this Sourwood Honey is really tasty, and it is most definitely made by bees. Honey is the only food that never spoils, and it has so many uses other than making eating pleasant. However, I will be keeping this Sourwood honey just for eating because I love the subtle difference in taste from any other honey I’ve ever used. It has a very recognizable tang which sets it not only apart, but also, above other honey. My honey tasting experiences range through most of the southern states over more than 70 years. My appreciation of honey is profound.
