DO NOT EVER CALL ON THE YELLOW CAB CO. FOR ANYTHING! I've never seen such crappy service ever. The employees are disrespectful and are never on time, unless you're a "favorite" or they know you personally. They have plenty of drivers and most of them seem lazy. I've seen some of the drivers just sit in an area and sleep or talk on the phone even though there are people calling, I've seen some just turn their phone off because they don't feel like being bothered. I've called ahead for a cab at least 1- 2 hours in advance about fours times and either they forgot about me. even though I've called to remind them 2-3 times or they say they're coming and never even showed up! I personally think they should just go out of business because this isn't a business to start with. I have never been so disappointed in a business like I am with the Yellow Cab of Danville, Va. I truly wish they would get their act together or just go out of business and let a true businessman run a cab company here.
